Laser Cutting Machines are a one-of-a-kind addition to your business with a high-level of flexibility. You can engrave or cut just about any fabric with extreme accuracy. Fashion that is very intricate and elegant in design with a great deal of detail is usually cut with a Laser Cutting Machine. The cuts are produced with a laser instead of tools. No pressure is put on your material so you don’t have to worry about fabric distortion on you delicate fabrics. You can even laser silk and leather!

This laser cutter includes a conveyor bed for continuous fabric cutting with precision tension feeding. The standard laser strength is 60W which can cut various textiles, polyester, cotton silk etc.  However, your machine can be upgraded to a 80W laser for higher weight denim materials, composites, or thin fiberglass. You upgrade up to a 150W laser to cut hardwood, plywood, mdf, thick fiberglass, or to increase your cutting speed.

Your laser cutter can include a high precision vision recognition system for dye sublimated prints.  Your pattern will be automatically scanned with the CCD Camera and can then quickly cut around your print, leaving you with clean sealed edges.

Your  laser cutter can be customized to fit your materials and cutting requirements.  The laser cutter shown has a cutting area of 63” wide and 98.4” long, however, there are many bed sizes available.  Please contact us to discuss your production and we will help recommend the best machine for you.
